Login Fails on iPhone and iPad mini – MyHumana Review
I attempted to log into the updated version of this app for the past week. Whenever I attempt to log into the app, the following message is displayed:
Your coverage could not be loaded at this time. Please try again.
I deleted, then re-installed the app on my iPhone. I attempted another login, only to see the same error message. I disabled the Touch ID feature on my iPhone, hoping that the login was successful. Sad to say, the login still failed.
I then attempted to log into this app on my iPad mini. The same error message appeared. I am certain it is the app because I am able to log into my HumanaVitality app and MyHealth by Humana app. Please repair this problem so this app can be used again.
