Even at my age! – Yoga | Down Dog Review

I am a 56 year old woman and I do 45 minutes at intermediate level. Very challenging. I am not perfect by any means, but this app allows me variety and challenge even without being a member. The music is lovely and peaceful as well. Very happy with this app! I plan on becoming a member when I get good enough!
