Customer service is awful – Diner Dash Review

I use to love to play the game and I really didn't have a problem with the new updates, however if you ever have a problem with something you can't get a hold of anybody. I completed one of the offers for free dinero and it says completed , but I never received the dinero. I tried to contact them the way it tells you to and even send them a screen shot of the completed task. Every time I type it all out and go to send it, it throws me out of the game and never sends it. Very upset that I tried to do something and it didn't turn out, and they are failing to help.
