Possible Bug Does Not Let Me Log In – Shawn Access Review

I thought that this app would be great. Upon downloading it, it asked me to change my password, to which I followed directions. After trying to login on the app again multiple times, it just continually says that it is wrong. But I can log into the site on my desktop using the same username and password. I think the new update that came out on September 7, 2016 has a bug that is not allowing to successfully log in.
