This app is amazing. You can see everything he is up to and new singles/albums and when they’re coming out. Super good. If you love Shawn Mendes I totally recommend this.

I’ve been unable to access my account since shortly after downloading. I get a “internal server error” everyone i try to log in. There is no one to contact and no way to get help w this. I even deleted and reloaded the app…nothing.

I thought that this app would be great. Upon downloading it, it asked me to change my password, to which I followed directions. After trying to login on the app again multiple times, it just continually says that it is wrong. But I can log into the site on my desktop using the same username and password. I think the new update that came out on September 7, 2016 has a bug that is not allowing to successfully log in.

I love this app but it would be better if we were able to post our own stuff and have our own little fanpages in the app ?And being able to text and have group chats in the app would be cool so all of shawns biggest fans can meet eachother!

I’ve typed in my email 27484993 times, but it won’t let me login. And I’ve tried resetting my password, and it says an email was sent, but there is no email. Maybe I’m just stupid idk

It is an amazing app really I LOVE but just trying to find the prize for a ticket gets me stressed out because I can’t find it I have to go to many websites and go through various test that I am not a bot
