Not Happy! – Business Card Reader Review

I purchased the yearly subscription for $19.99. I spent 2 hours uploading business cards and everything was great. I opened the app later and all contacts except 1 were gone. I thought maybe i did something wrong so i uploaded a test run of 10 cards. Guess what, this morning 7 were gone!! Wow! I emailed twice with no response requesting a refund. NOT HAPPY!
