1. It's easy to change your macros everyday with out having to pay more $$ 2. It saves the food you have already logged in the passed 3. Bar scanner works but some days it has it's bad days and won't log your food ? **only complaint is the lack of restaurants to log food from** I know myfitfoods it's easier to log food from restaurants.
