Missing issues – donna hay magazine Review

I tried ( without success) to download the latest issue today when I noticed that all of my back issues have disappeared ( $$$ ). I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it- still no luck.. All I get is the swirling blue box that never stops..can anybody help me please ?
