Where are the other levels? – Lep's World 2 Plus Review

I've been sitting at level 8-8 for months. I have collected 192 gold pots & I would like to progress to level 9-1. No matter how many times I play level 8-8 & defeat the troll thingy, the game won't allow me to progress to level 9-1. Someone let me know what's going on. It's a really fun game, but I'm sick of waiting.
