No 1099's ? – Flint - Accept Cards, No Dongles. Invoicing. Review

This app was sold to Flint that used to be a different name. Before Flint had it you got 1099's. Now for the last two years all you get is an apology. And they tell you how to download your own transactions. Really??? Also they used to have a phone number... that is no longer either. definitely went downhill. Now all you get her automated answers to your personal questions. They do not care about their 1099s any longer they have done everything they can to cut their cost. They only care about their percentage of the money. The app works great but it doesn't work on Wi-Fi for some reason. I wouldn't have any complaints about this app if they would continue to send the 1099 and bring back a phone number. The 1099 is the reasoning I will be leaving after this year. I need a company that I have a 1099 because I own a company that needs a 1099. The IRS wants me to have it. I personally think they're required to give it but who knows. Anyway I will be finding out if Square since 1099s if they do that is who I will be going with
