Still no sound – Dora and Friends HD Review

This is a brand new ipadmini 2, bought yesterday, and all the other apps have sound. Interestingly, the sound works on the old ipadmini. Also, the microphone works when we record and playback our voices. Have you not made it compatible with the newer devices? I'd like a refund but my daughter, who has autism, will notice it's gone and have a meltdown if I remove it. So please fix it!
