Buy This App – StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log Review

If you are going to lift Stronglifts 5x5 then BUY THIS APP. This app is flawlessly tailored to the 5x5 program. I paid for the full version and do not regret it. I found it to be somewhat intuitive and the things I did mess up exposed other features. The timer at the bottom flashing to tell me it was time to lift again was just icing on the cake.
