Lost all my purchases song – Song Beats Review

I purchased a lot of songs from this app. But earlier this year the store closed. Some of my songs stopped working, so I reinstalled the app, and now all my songs are gone! Make sure to back up your songs if you plan to uninstall. Apparently you cannot recover the songs unless you back up. Too bad, this was such a fun app. But terrible customer support.
