Doesn't sync and 0 customer support – Microsoft Groove Review
Switched to iPhone after my Nokia died. My collection didn't sync and what did, a few songs, isn't playable. After five hours with various customer support they blame the phone. After my subscription is out, so am I. Pile of poo.
Update: now the app continues to play after I've paused it and even closed it. Get it together MS.
Update 2: I love hearing only the first 2 minutes of a song and having it repeat. Awesome app MS. This app blows!
