Annoyed – ArtEffect: Art Filters Pic Effects, Photo Editor Review

I loved the idea of it until I opened the app. It was slow and I got VERY impatient. Then when the filter FINALLY came up an add popped up and it had to load AGAIN!!! I got sick of it very quickly. Waste of time?
