Stopped working! HELP!! – Marine Weather by AccuWeather Review

This was my "go to app" for marine weather, but over the past several days, it stopped working. It says, "error loading the weather layer. If the problem persists please reinstall the app." After several reinstalls, it still doesn't work. If it is fixed to work like it used to I would rate it 5 stars. Until then it is useless.
