Not able to sign up – Funimation Review

I've never had this app before and decided to try it because my friends have given it good reviews. However, it's telling me that both of my email addresses have already been used for an account. That's impossible like I said I've never signed up for funimation and for the app to say that my email addresses have been used is weird. Also when I tried to use the forgotten password function I haven't received any emails. It would be nice if this could be fixed please and thank you!
