I'd rate it lower but it doesn't let me – Download Manager - Ultimate Downloader, Media Player, File Manager & Document Reader Review

As always, when purchasing crap apps on iTunes you really don't know what you're gonna get. This one is as all the others. Like in the title, I'd rate it lower but it simply doesn't give the option. Can one of these developers make something that actually works? For once! Smh.
