Wth? – SuperHero Shadow Path Review

Ok I just paid to have ads go away,but now I'm finding out that I can not use my diamonds I collect to get more characters,every time I go to get a different one,it doesn't let me and takes my diamonds ,why?im not paying for 500diamonds,cause that is what pops up when I get enough(20)to change my characters,then doesn't give it to me and then starts me at 0i want my 99cents back,how do I get it?thank you
