Grammar errors, nothing really free – Mimo: Learn Coding/Programming Review

Sure, the basic introduction is free, but not even close to enough progress is made to tell what kind of information is covered in later lessons or how well it's taught. Also, in just the JS intro, there were at least two grammatical errors that made it a guessing game. I'm definitely not paying for something that has these kinds of mistakes. Programming often requires unambiguous explanations and questions. So with just the JS intro, they fail the test. Not to mention, they don't explain their scoring system. I got everything right in the JS quizzes, but scored a 4/5 on it, according to the end of the chapter, but 5/5(?) according to the syllabus screen. Guys. Hire an English major and someone that's OCD/perfectionist. You need help. And then there's the pricing. I can buy a decent book for $50. And said book will have gone through many more hours of checking and rechecking for mistakes in both grammar and code. The information contained in this app is also available for free on the Internet. An app brings convenience, so people are often willing to pay, but this pricing structure does not fit that convenience factor. Instead, it's a burden. Hopefully, you listen to other low-star feedback and get your heads out of the dirt. We know you want to make money and be paid for you work, but you also need to be reasonable. Apps have the potential to reach a lot more people, but you pricing is going to put the off. So have fun not making money; you're sure not getting mine!
