Terrible! – Ringtone Designer 2.0 Review

I used the old version when I synced to my computer, but now that I use the iCloud the file in the app section doesn't show up. There is no way to use this without syncing to a computer. I spent 1 1/2 hrs with apple support and their advice was to tell the third party to update their software. Totally aggravated with this.
