Does not download videos (m4v) – File Storage : View Organize & Store Photos, PDF and Files Review

I selected a short 10m video. The app put the video in its download list. However, the app did not download the video and never showed any progress towards downloading the video. I let the app set open and did nothing with my iPad for quite a while, but nothing happened. I tried other videos. Same problem. I then tried the same video with another app and the other app did the download very fast. I clicked the app's online help and it took me to a page that gives a 404 error. The app did not even use it's built-in browser to show the page. --
