Is this still working? – Infinity Blade III Review

I know this game is a couple years old now, so I don't know if this review will be seen or not either, but I had to delete this game after I downloaded it because it just kept crashing. After all this time that has passed I decided to re-download it to see if anything has changed and the same issue is still there, I'm playing it on an iPad 2 (yes it's an old device and I need to get a new one) but I was wondering if Chair could or would resolve the game crash issue. I wanna start fresh on this game again but I can't do that until the crashing problem is resolved. If anyone at Chair is even reading this, thank you, and I hope you guys might be willing to fix this issue so that I myself, or others who still play this, shall be able to continue to do so, thank you.
