TOO COOL! – Groat Fitness Review

This is awesome! I can access my member dashboard from my phone and clearly see my workouts, exercise demo videos with clear instructions, as well as log/track results/food, etc. I love that I can also video myself and view side by side so I can compare my form to the demo. Also allows my trainer to give me feed back based on a true visual assessment. You will fall in love with the Groat Fitness programming. I've never seen anything like it.
