Buyer beware – Age of Empires: Castle Siege Review

This has been my favorite game of all time and it is even more fun in this version, but buyer beware!! If you have a problem with the game don't expect ANY support from the developer or Microsoft. I have spent hours/days on the phone trying to correct a "link my accounts" problem. Age of Empires never even bothered to respond to my support request and Microsoft and XBox kept passing me to one support person or another, over and over again. Apple seemed to take the lead in this, in that they gave me the most support, but in the end, even though they admitted that it was a problem with their coding, they also did nothing. Bottom line, do not ever link your Xbox account with your Apple account. If you do, it is an irreversible process and you will lose anything that you have done.
