Can not open app screen just goes black – Lalaloopsy Diner - A Candy Coated Burgeria, Pizza Party Cooking Game Review

This worked great then all of a sudden it erased all of my daughters progress. We uninstalled and reinstalled and now we can't even open the game, we just get a black screen. It was fun when it did work.
