I Win Workout Apps! – ACTIVEx – HIIT Workouts Review

My personal trainer has really been on me about using apps to keep me on track when I travel. He suggested the active x app and I’m so glad he did. The free version didn’t have all the training plans I wanted, so I dropped a few bucks on the upgrade. BEST $5 I’VE EVER SPENT!!! This is the first summer in history where I’ve been able to spin my way to a Miami bod and not fall off once I got there. I was even able to challenge a few people from my class to squats and planks. Winning!
