Great potential but falls short!

Love the concept. Preset workouts are good but when customizing it is very unstable. Exercises library is never the same, can’t save custom workouts, music doesn’t play through app, and constant server connection issues. If everything worked and I could customize workouts with the full library, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it!

Love, but music compatibility needs to be better

My Apple music compatibility is hit or miss, and all my songs won't sync up. Other than that the spin workouts are AMAZING!!

Good workouts, poor functionality

I love these workouts. The problem is, when I start a program, the body weight program for instance, I complete two or three days worth and then all of my progress is lost. Or, the app simply quits functioning giving me a weird error message—“trying to get property of non-object—and I can’t access any of the workouts. I have contacted support twice and each time I have a couple of communications before my emails are returned as undeliverable. Like I said, the workouts are great, but the app just doesn’t perform well.

I like the app but for some reason I can’t save any custom workouts. The selection of canned workouts seems limited and not being able to save custom is really a problem

With this app you can easily make great workouts, its super practical. Hope they fix the problem with saving the workouts.

Downloaded because I use the active app for races and tried to do a Challenge with my family but it had some strange profile on there when I tried to entertain my daily run it didn’t add to my workouts and the challenge never showed up very disappointed

Spotify problems

Connecting as a Spotify premium user is a hassle. What’s worse is the fact that even when you manage to log in, playlist/song search is limited.

I downloaded the app for the first time and it appears to have given me someone else's profile, and I can't reset it. I put in my info and it just reverts back to this other profile. This also means none of my workouts are ever logged. It constantly asks for my location even though I've turned off that setting. I've contacted activex support and was told they can't help, so I contacted the app support and never received any response.

I have never used this app before and it’s showing me logged workings from 2016. No ability to delete them from my log and the first 2 workouts I have completed are not showing up in my log. Please fix this issue!

Downloaded the app and can't even register, gives error message I am not connected to the Internet. Poor development!
