Upgrade Fails – Reverse Collage - Photo Editor Maker Create Great Photos Editing Collages with Retro Vintage Style Effects Review

I've tried more than once to to the .99 upgrade but it keeps failing. My internet connection and iTunes account info are just fine and accurate. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. I can only assume the developer has abandoned the app since it's been 3 years since anything has been done to it.
