Where is my VIP – Cast & Conquer Review

I just payed for the $.99 bundle to get all the free stuff with it and it is telling me I haven't. I check the App Store and my money was pulled for the game I even have the email receipt I tried to refresh the Vip and it kept telling me no failed transactions. Plz fix I want my garnets and items
