No processes shown – iChecker (Memory, network, storage, battery, cpu, process...) Review

Having tons of crash issues on two iOS devices lately with current os updates. Apple really screwed something up. Suspect a memory leak. This was useful for confirmation that it is a memory issue, but not finding the offending process. Unless I'm not doing something right, this app shows zero current process on both devices. Fail :( - would like a refund
