They do not understand what people need – Wireless Mobile Utility Review

This is likely the worst app I have ever used. It's incredibly badly programmed. Only downloads images in very low resolution that is basically useless even for Facebook pics. The quality of the jpegs that come through at the best quality setting doesn't even come close to the quality from the built-in camera on your iPhone, making this a rather useless exercise. Why use a dslr/Nikon compact if it can't even give you higher quality than the built-in camera quality due to the fact that this app downscales the images? Most astoundingly, it does not support raw files even though iOS does. The app also loses connection all the time. It's quite astonishing how clueless the writers of this app must be about what Nikon customers need and want from something like this. People need a way to get images from their cameras on their mobile device quickly, reliably, and at high quality. This does not do it and there is no reason for that except for bad programming and not understanding the needs of the customers.
