Error in game – Tank Battle: 1945 Review

On America triumphs, level 4, the parameters are not set right. The rules state, 3 of the rescued troops must survive. I have played the level 4 times. Everytime any of those 4 rescued troops is hit, it reports that you have failed the mission.
