Unacceptable – Hotwire: Last Minute Hotels Review

You will NOT be able to select the hotel room bed configuration you desire. ONLY number of travelers is selectable. This means if you are traveling for instance as 2 adults you CANNOT choose, select or even confirm 2 double beds or 2 queen beds or 1 King or 1 queen. In fact, this will be totally randomly assigned. Be prepared. You will not get what you want and cannot change it at the hotel. It will require you to spend inordinate amount of time, effort, money and frustration changing what bed configuration you want with Hotwire AFTER you have booked and credit card charged for reservation. I call this bait and switch either originating with the hotel or Hotwire but Hotwire is concealing this important detail with EVERY reservation no matter how enticing the deal is or hotel rating. If you care about knowing more than the hotel rating then DONT USE THIS APP OR SERVICE.
