Effective but has it kinks – End Procrastination Hypnosis Review

The meditation itself is fantastic. I love her voice. It's very soothing. The challenge I have with the app is it won't automatically stop playing. So if you are doing it to fall asleep it continuously goes and wakes you up every time it starts over until you finally just have to wake up enough to turn it off.
