Used to work good, not tracking anymore – Data Usage Review

Last month it showed a 0.0mb usage for cellular, this month it shows 120mb usage over 28 days. Both are not correct. Verizon shows 4.3gb usage this month...that is probably more accurate. It appears to not track 4G anymore???
