Used to be good – Wiki Offline 2 — Take Wikipedia With You Review

I bought the original wiki offline and true to form, a company brings out another version and charges you for the privilege (you don't know whether you are downloading an app for free that you've already bought or being charged for it until after you click "get" - then it's too late). Anyhow, I've tried to download he English database for several weeks and keeps getting stuck. I tried contacting the publisher, who only seems to have a Twitter account and got nothing back. So this whole wiki offline 2 seems like a big scam to me. Avoid.
