I followed directions! – Star Trek Comics Review

UPDATED: I took one business day for IDW to respond. Apparently you need to close all apps, then relaunch the IDW Comic app. Restore within the app and previously purchased items will appear. If you have trouble contact their feedback email within the app and they will help you. Thanks IDW! ***Old 1 star review follows****** Scroll to the bottom of the display and it asks you to click on lowest banner if you are updating from an older app. It instructs you to create a NEW login to sign up to restore previous purchases. I did it. I "restored" afterwards within the app and got a pop up telling me previous purchases were restored! Hurray... except nothing shows up in que :-( I emailed their feedback folks and awaiting an answer! I will update rating and review when I hear back from their office.
