Can't delete – Figure Skater: Ice Skating Makeup & Dress Up Games Review

This app was downloaded on my phone for my child and this game was lame and now this app will NOT delete off of my phone! I keep trying to delete it and it stays on my phone even in the App Store it is under purchased apps and it says open beside the app but I can not open it at all! Wish I never downloaded this smh...
