Never received items that I bought....but STILL charged – Dead Route Review

As I said, tried buying the starter pack for $2.99. When I went to confirm payment, I receive a message saying 'authentication failure, purchase canceled'. That is a load of bull**** because my bank shows I was still charged that 2.99. How about making sure your game gives the buyer what they payed for BEFORE taking their money. I spit on this company.
