Not a ranked app but the best – Noise Meter + Review

I searched long to find a decibel app and stumped on this one and truly the best: It gives you a 40s read to compute all the data information about the decibels Noise around you with map location recording video photo and annotation with history and dB plot in chart. Just missing the capability to print report cards and save to PDF - maybe next update?
