Improvements needed – Bakery Story 2 Review

First. Let me say I really like this game. I would rate it 5 stars except for three things. 1. New items cost too much. New recipes cost over 2 million to open. When you only earn 1-2 thousand a day it takes 3-4 weeks to earn enough money to open "learn" the new stuff. 2. Secret baking challenge. This feature needs a major programming change. It should only require you to complete recipes you are able to make. For 8 straight days it has included items that I am unable to fill because I haven't learned them yet. I understand that it is a challenge and it should have a higher level of difficulty, but it shouldn't be impossible to complete. 3. Tech support. When you submit a problem to tech support, They take days/weeks to respond and the answers they provide are curt and don't really solve the problem.
