Confused – Pokédex Free for Pokémon Go Review

Very confused, this doesn't seem like it's for Pokemon go. It seems like it's from data based off of the games not including smash brawl go etc, but doesn't seem to pertain to Pokemon go in any fashion, as most of these are Pokemon that are not even implemented in the game.
