App won't load past "Play" screen. – Caffe Latte Coaster Review

If your "App Support" link had functioned and helped resolved my issue, I would have been able to review your app for its content. But instead I have to review the fact that it is not loading any imagery past the "Play" screen. What I saw online looked cool and it's a 600 MB download so it has to be awesome. Only if it worked.
