Inconsistent – Contact Spring Cleaner - Delete/Restore contacts and Manage your contacts efficiently Review

Sometimes it deletes on demand, sometimes it doesn’t. No explanation as to why this is. Does not live up to its promise. Manage contacts efficiently? Hardly, since some contacts can’t be deleted. I gave it three stars because it’s OK, as in better than nothing.
