Great quick workouts that hit everything and offer both resistance and cardio. One problem I have, however. In traditional video workouts, everything's designed so if the instructor has you perform a move with the left leg leading she/he will repeat the series leading with your right, sometimes immediately but it's usually included later. That's not happening here - and if you never remedy the situation but keep doing the workouts as they are you eventually wind up with a nasty, difficult, maybe impossible to remedy imbalance. And you can't hope that move will be covered tomorrow. What if it isn't? What if you can't make it? What you can do about this is easy, though. If you do 30 seconds of right-leg-leading step-ups, hit "pause." Now do 30 seconds of step-ups with your left leg. Side Planks? Do as shown, then flip over and prop yourself up on the other elbow. Any time the move uses one side, pause, now hit the other. Just understand that doing these workouts means you're more than likely committing 15-20 minutes, instead of seven. Still an awesome deal!!
