Great app but I can't restore purchases....and I'm not paying for it twice. – Splashy Wheels Happytouch Review

I installed it on my iPad and paid for the whole app and tried to install on my iPhone and it will not restore my purchases. Wants me to pay again.....other than that it's awesome.
