Won't upgrade to full version – Phenomenon: City of Cyan Review

I paid for the upgrade to the full version, but it won't upgrade. It acts like it's connecting and just gets stuck in a loop. I have to exit the game to get it to stop. I've played the free content that's available, so I'm at an impasse. Frustrating.
