What's up with this app – Quaker Arabia Recipes Review

I've been waiting over ten minutes for the home screen to finish loading, my iPhone is taking over ten, what is it uploading? I mean I could go to a blog for recipes, which is what I probably will do. Why put something out, that evidently no one ever looked at again? Ok now my phone has finished up loading a bunch of Arabic recipes, ok I'll delete this but where is the English version Quaker, or should I reach out to PepsiCo?
