Great game no support – War of Thrones – Dragons Story Review

I love the game. But the developer support is non existent. It's been about 6 days since my game has crashed. They've replied twice at the beginning but since I'm still waiting for a reply on how to fix the issue. Because of their lack of support in a timely manor my troops are destroyed, gone. They don't even have a common curtesy to at least reply with we're still working on the issue. Lv15 castle lv10 or 11 dragon with 33mil hp. Angry and disappointed.
